Prepare to be pampered! But before you do... a polite reminder...

LATE POLICY – In the event you are running late please notify us as soon as possible, if you are running 10 minutes late or more please be aware we may not be able to carry out your treatment so as not to inconvenience the following clients. We reserve the right to charge for the full treatment cost.

PATCH TESTING POLICY - Our Brow and lash appointments require patch testing 48 hours before, you will be notified of this either on the phone when booking or by our online booking facility. If you fail to come for your patch test, we are unable to proceed with the treatment. You will still be charge for the appointment as the time can not be filled by someone else at such short notice. NO PATCH TEST NO TREATMENT

CONSULTATION - Your consultation form will be sent to you digitally before your appointment please take the time to complete this prior to your appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment please ensure you kindly give 48 hours notice. Should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice a cancellation fee will apply. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment we reserve the right to charge 100% of the treatment cost.

Deposits are required upon booking
