We have been awarded the Phorest Client Experience Award 2018
We are extremely proud to have been awarded a Phorest Client Experience Award for 2018 - for the second year running.
One of our key aims is to provide excellent customer service and it’s fantastic to have the recognition our team deserve.
Phorest specialises in appointment software for health and beauty salons and the award is based entirely on the quality of customer reviews we’ve been getting over the last 12 months.
Salons need to keep their reviews consistently high at 4.5/5 or above for 12 months to be eligible.
Which according to Phorest puts us in the top 3% of beauty salons in the UK and Ireland.
The judges commented: “Unlike most other awards, we do not base it on public votes, or on judging panels, but on how the people who actually spend money with you feel about the service you provide. For us that is the true test.”
